Capex Analyst | Manchester | 12 month FTC | £50k - £55k | Immediate Start

Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking multinational company who are looking to recruit a Capex Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in business partnering and a strong knowledge of capital expenditure.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and Consolidate Capex Budget Process
  • Manage and streamline the capex budgeting process, working closely with various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and present a comprehensive monthly capex forecast pack, including in-depth variance analysis to help guide the decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to understand their business needs and provide valuable insights to support their capex requirements.
  • Offer support in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes to ensure efficient and compliant transactions related to capital expenditures.
  • Contribute to the management of fixed assets across the organisation, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with accounting standards.


About you

  • Newly or part qualified ACA/ACCA/ACMA accountant
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to investigate and explain variances in financial data.
  • Experience in the retail industry would be advantageous, but not mandatory.
