Start your job searchI am recruiting a brand new Capital and Regulatory Reporting Manager to join a team of 7 to join this well established Financial Services business in West Yorkshire
This role has a focus on regulatory reporting, and you will also have the opportunity to work on the development and implementation of the capital strategy, interpreting and implementing new regulation, and Pillar 3 document.
This is a none people management role, however you will be involved with high level stakeholder managment and expected to influence and guide more junior members of the team
Duties
- The production of regulatory capital reporting, incl. COREP, MREL+, Capital+, QIS
- Production of internal capital information reporting
- Capital related external reporting including Pillar 3 and elements of the Annual Report and Accounts
- Support the development of the Group's capital strategy
- The management and running of the capital models and processes, defining requirements and ensuring processes are effective and well controlled
- Production and ongoing maintenance of Capital Management Policies, Policy Guides and Interpretations, Judgements and Assumptions, ensuring compliance with both regulatory requirements and internal guidance.
Ideal candidate
- Thorough knowledge and experience of capital management in financial services.
- Good knowledge and experience of regulatory reporting requirements.
- Strong numerical / analytical skills.
