Marks Sattin executive is working with a PE Backed, International Software business. The business has undergone exceptional growth and is now seeking for a high calibre CFO who will operate as a strategic partner to the CEO and stakeholders to navigate the next phase of rapid and targeted expansion towards a successful exit.

The CFO will play a crucial role in shaping the business's future strategy, driving growth, and ensuring a focus on long-term value. Key responsibilities include understanding revenue and cost drivers, emphasising performance, and evaluating recurring revenue and subscriptions amid the business's rapid growth. In this dynamic role, the CFO will contribute significantly to executive-level strategy through detailed performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA).
• Experience of being a CFO/FD in a PE-Backed/Leveraged business in the Software, SAAS, Tech Enabled or related sectors.
• Have an understanding of recurring revenue business models /subscriptions.
• Track record of defining KPIs, commercialising the business and driving improvements in reporting.
• A high level of motivation, a "can do" attitude and a willingness to be involved at all levels.
