This highly regarded, London based, investment manager is looking to bring on a Client Reporting Analyst to sit in their global fund services team.

The succesful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the work completed by the marketing and client reporting teams, specifically your duties will entail:

  • Oversee the work completed by the Marketing and Client Reporting teams on behalf of the UK and Luxembourg Management Companies, being the first point of contact for any queries or escalations.
  • Manage the bi-annual statement project, delivering approximately 100,000 investor statements to our UK retail and institutional clients. This will involve running a project with external suppliers and coordinating and helping to write articles on any regulatory and product changes that will impact investors.
  • Oversee the production and dissemination of monthly factsheets across the OEIC, SICAV and Liquidity Fund ranges. This includes reviewing the sign off process, identifying any errors and looking for areas to streamline and improve the process.
  • Oversee the end to end KIID process from production to dissemination, managing the annual review and any ad-hoc changes.
  • Work on/manage project work streams for bespoke notifiable fund changes such as the recent FCA driven Asset Management Market Study and the European ESMA guidelines.· Being the point of contact within the Management Company for any queries relating to updates to our regulatory documentation or any data owned by the Management Companies.
  • Implementing procedures to ensure updates to the performance data, ongoing charges and transaction cost updates are successfully captured and updated across all internal systems and external communications such as the EMT, KIIDs, factsheets, marketing communications and the Prospectus.
  • Reviewing all processes for production and dissemination of regulatory documentation and identifying areas to reduce costs.
  • Oversee all Marketing communications to ensure they have gone through the relevant sign off processes and that the information provided is fit for purpose for the desired audience.· Ensure timely payment to all third parties involved in the production and dissemination of our client communications.
  • Produce monthly MI on key metrics relating to investor documentation. This will feed into a number of internal committees.
  • Ensuring appropriate processes are in place so that all documentation is quickly disseminated on all platforms for new share class and fund launches and removed for any fund and share class closures.

Essential for this role is a strong understanding of various fund structures, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

There is a great deal of scope for personal and career development within this role. Salary will be in the region of £50,000 with excellent wider benefits.
