Our client are an growing manufacturing business which was formerly part of an instantly recognisable group.

Now privately backed and set for huge growth, the CFO is looking for a commercially focused Accountant to join his new team as a Finance Business Partner.

As the new structure is established this role will be assisting the existing team in the transition of the management accounts, however longer term this role will really focus on commercial finance, business partnering with the sales and marketing teams, looking at brands, customer profitability and performance as well as costing on core manufacturing aspects.

Reporting to a fantastic CFO with a solid pedigree in the FMCG world, this is an excellent opportunity to work closely with him, to drive efficiencies and create further opportunities for expansion.

This role will largely be based remotely, but with travel once a fortnight to the manufacturing site (2 hrs from central Manchester - driver preferred ) and more regular meetings with the CFO who is also based local to Manchester.
