My client is recruiting a Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits to lead their Total Reward agenda, making certain that the decisions made on reward, recognition and other internal pay schemes. Also looking at wider agenda of the companies Health & Wellbeing programme.

You will be joining a team of HR professionals which includes Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, Employee Relations, Operations, Exams & Education and Talent Development. You are also part of a regional Reward community thereby sharing knowledge, frameworks, models and methodologies.

The purpose of this role is to help change the way we attract, engage and retain staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving a Reward strategy which encompasses best practice reward initiatives, reward structures remain market competitive and relevant.
  • Managing the delivery of our annual salary review, and other internal pay schemes, including bench-marking, developing proposals, ensuring system delivery and implementation of recommendations
  • Developing an insightful dashboard to share key data and trends with our senior leadership teams
  • Managing the delivery of our Health & Wellbeing offering and ensuring this remains fit for purpose for future ways of working
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues, in particular HR Business Partners and Recruiters, to ensure our reward elements are being applied consistently and appropriately
  • Analysing external and internal data for bench-marking purposes, providing guidance to senior leadership in relation to reward decisions and Health & Wellbeing offerings
  • Building relationships across Reward communities, internally and externally and managing related service providers
  • Partnering with senior business Leaders to ensure our Reward and Health & Wellbeing agendas are aligned to achieving our key business strategies

 

Skills And Qualifications

  • Successful achievement of professional qualifications and/or education to third level degree
  • Strong Reward strategy and implementation, Benefits and Compensation and remuneration
  • 3rd Party negotiations and suppliers - multi purpose
  • Proven experience working with senior management teams influencing policy, process and behavioural change
  • Proven ability to move from planning to execution and deliver tangible results in Comp, Bens and Reward
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of IT systems
  • Evidence of researching and applying best practice frameworks when developing fit for purpose business solutions
  • Large multi-national professional services firm
