Marks Sattin is currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer to work for this highly successful and diverse group. They have continued to retain a strong share price throughout and are dedicated and focused towards growth now within the Compliance team.

Working with the Head of Compliance, this has been a newly created role to ensure the effectiveness of the compliance monitoring across the group is fit for purpose. Building relationships across the business will be key as you will be liaising with different departments to assist with delivering new monitoring frameworks as well as ensuring regulatory changes can be quickly implemented.

In the role you will:

• Support the business with production of monthly MI for the Conduct Risk Committee and Governance Committee.
• Support in building regulatory awareness across the different departments.
• Engage with the wider business to deliver regular training.

As this role is working in a regulated sector, you will need to have experience working in a sector that as regulations that are required to be compliant with. If you have good exposure to FCA regulations, this is advantageous.
