An International Banking Group is currently seeking a COREP Manager to join their London based Finance team. This role will focus on the new Basel III / CRD IV reporting requirements, an integral, highly visibility focus going forward.
Responsibilities with include
- Review of COREP templates and completion of more complex returns for submission to the PRA / EBA
- Ensure COREP submissions are made in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide advice to the business on the reporting of capital, RWA and related matters
- Explanation of key variances
- Offer guidance to the business on Capital Requirements Regulation and Capital Requirements Directive (CRR and CRD) under Basel III
- Ensure compliance with Regulatory requirements under Basel III / CRDIV including reporting of own funds, credit risk, market risk, operational risk and leverage ratio
- Ad-hoc project work for technical matter - structured transactions etc
- Participate in industry forums (e.g. BBA) on regulatory developments
- Maintain Group Regulatory Reporting forum
We are seeking qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with extensive Regulatory Reporting experience and an expert knowledge of reporting under Basel I, II, III / CRDV.
