I am currently working with a manufacturing business based in York who are on the lookout for a Credit Controller.

Where you fit in?

You'll be joining a developing fast pace business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working.

Your role:

• Efficiently collect, control and administration of monies owed to the Company
• Review and make appropriate recommendations on new customer applications
• Preparation of reports on debt management and credit control as required
• Agree, negotiate and enforce re-payment plans
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
• Resolve queries both internally and externally
• Liaise direct with 3^rd party collection agencies

What you need?

• 3 years working within a credit control environment
• Experience of establishing and maintaining internal and external customer relationships at all levels
• Be a good influencer and negotiator
• Team player and have a proactive positive attitude
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft products especially Excel (Vlookups and pivot tables.)
