CRM Manager - Salesforce

A growing financial services organisation is looking to hire a CRM Manager with Salesforce experience following the recent companywide implementation of Salesforce / Singletrack.

The successful candidate will need to have experience of working within an Investment Banking, Financial Services or Sales and Trading environment.

Based in the firm's prestigious central London offices, the main remit of the role will be to manage the strategic roadmap, development and maintenance of the firm's CRM system, liaise with the firm's 3rd party CRM provider Singletrack and drive value through regular engagement to leverage both their expertise and any system developments.

Responsibilities

  • The 'go-to' person for all CRM related business queries or issues.
  • Overarching responsibility to ensure data integrity is being managed by the relevant data owners and ensure all 3rd party data ingestion processes are captured
  • Manage the firm's reporting needs and regularly produce MI for the business
  • Responsible for the development of CRM upgrade requirements, functional design, tracking the internal or external development process, testing the functionality and release management
  • Lead cross-function collaboration to assist with both updates of Singletrack and wider business applications / processes
  • Owns the firm's CRM best practise guides and responsible for proactively training users
  • Ensures the continued protection of the firm's information, by following all applicable Information Security policies to ensure we're GDPR compliant

Skills

  • Proven experience within a similar standalone CRM management role
  • Experience of using Salesforce is essential
  • Singletrack and Tableau is a nice to have but not essential
  • An understanding of Investment Banking, Sales and Trading and Equity Research businesses is essential, previous experience is desirable
  • Experience in business analysis to effectively capture stakeholder requirements
  • Client on boarding and off boarding experience desirable
  • Ability to deal with business and technical resources at all levels of a financial services organisation
  • Understanding of technology and applying it to solve business problems
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Excellent Microsoft software skills
