Finance Administration and Cash Allocation Specialist - Reading, Maidenhead or Slough - up to £18000

Marks Sattin are working in partnership with a business with sites in Maidenhead, Slough and reading to recruit a Finance Administration and Cash Allocation Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Controller to join an internationally renowned business.

Role and Requirements

• Maintaining cash sheets for customer payments
• Post cash against remittance advices to ensure accurate posting
• Ensure all invoicing queries are forwarded and resolved by the relevant departments
• Liaise with invoicing department on e-billing accounts
• Deal with customers via telephone/fax/email to chase outstanding debt
• Liaise with overseas agents to facilitate cash collection
• Maintain commission spreadsheets and liaising with Management to make payments
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Any other duties as required
