This 3 month contract role working for a leadin Consumer company will have remote working. As a Finance Analyst, your duties will include:

* Run daily, weekly and monthly membership reporting, circulating to all areas of the business, including senior management team
* Develop understanding of core membership processes across the business, and within the membership system, to ensure integrity of all membership reporting
* Ownership of the competition database including competitor pricing, new openings and conversions, supplying to the performance team on a fortnightly basis
* Ownership of the new refurbishment tracker, detailing all proposed actions and updating on a fortnightly basis
* Start to build knowledge and experience for commercial analysis
* Support the Commercial Finance function to help deliver robust commercial analysis to the rest of the business
* Track promotional activity throughout the year
* Assist with the quarterly forecast and annual budget process
* Continual development of management information systems, to improve automation of reporting to key business users
* Develop strong relationship with Configuration team
* Support key tracking of new club performance - a critical growth avenue for the business
* Support the Commercial team with usage reporting for Hydromassage beds, Yanga Sports Water and bolt-on reporting

To succeed in this role you will need:

* Strong academic qualifications
* Keen interest and desire to progress within Finance and start studying for an accounting qualification
* Quick to learn and implement new concepts, knowledge and skills
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Preferable experience of working with multi-dimensional databases
* Confidence with working cross functionally
* Able to self-motivate and work to strict deadlines
* Team player and flexible depending upon the urgent needs of the business
