Do you want to work for a highly reputable and growing company, offering an excellent salary and benefits package, and opportunities for career development and progression?
We are actively seeking a Finance Assistant for a well established company in Manchester City Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Sales invoice production and distribution to clients.
- Liaise with project leaders on all projects.
- Maintain and update fee forecast daily.
- Purchase order creation and processing.
- Purchase invoice processing.
- Company credit card processing.
- Deal with incoming accounts queries and provide resolutions.
- Assist with Cashflow Forecasting, month end process and monthly financial management accounts.
Requirements:
- AAT qualified or working towards.
- Previous experience in a finance-related role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Excel and Sage.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
