Finance Assistant | Manchester City Centre (Office Based) | Temporary to Permanent Contract | £26,000+ | Immediate Start

We are actively seeking a Finance Assistant for a well established company in Manchester City Centre.

Responsibilities:

• Sales invoice production and distribution to clients.
• Liaise with project leaders on all projects.
• Maintain and update fee forecast daily.
• Purchase order creation and processing.
• Purchase invoice processing.
• Company credit card processing.
• Deal with incoming accounts queries and provide resolutions.
• Assist with Cashflow Forecasting, month end process and monthly financial management accounts.

Requirements:

• AAT qualified or working towards.
• Previous experience in a finance-related role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel and Sage.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
