Do you want to work for a highly reputable and growing company, offering an excellent salary and benefits package, including 4 days per week working from home and 30 days plus Bank Holidays annual leave?

We are actively seeking a Finance Assistant for a well established Manchester city centre based company.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Sales Ledger
  • Credit Control
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Process and reconcile staff expenses
  • Manage the shared finance inbox
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations
  • Raise and track purchase orders
  • Prepare monthly payroll data
  • Support VAT returns
  • Project system support


Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

  • Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control experience
  • Experience of using accounting software (Ideally Xero or QuickBooks)
  • Excellent communication skills
