About Lanes Health

Lanes Health has a proud history stretching back over 90 years. Founded by husband and wife Gilbert and Grace Lane in 1930, the business was a pioneer in healthy living, diet and supplementation, using carefully selected plants and nutrients. The company has since passed down the generations and has grown both organically and through acquisition.

Its brands, mainly produced in two advanced manufacturing plants in Gloucester and Lincolnshire, are instantly recognisable and the business is run to this day with a steadfast commitment to those principles on which it was founded almost a century ago. Whilst its roots are firmly in Gloucestershire, the company has both a national and international presence, with a vision to becoming the UK's leading family-owned supplier of branded household health products.

This is a highly attractive opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a well-known local success story. Reporting to the Lanes Health Executive Chairman, the Finance Director will provide financial stewardship to a Holding company and two main operating companies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Experience of working in manufacturing environments. Likely to be an SME with involvement in all facets of the business.
  • A trusted business partner with exceptional communication skills able to build relationships cross-functionally at all levels.
