A highly innovative and fast-moving hospitality brand is seeking a Finance Manager to join their London team.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Business partnering with the management team and GM whilst supporting the C-Suite with finance projects
  • Managing the preparation of annual budgets and producing quarterly forecasts, as well as overseeing financial accounts and preparing financial statements
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and property reports
  • Liaising with external auditors to ensure annual audits are carried out
  • Responsibility of property cash flow and preparing weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts
  • Preparing benchmarking analysis on key financial revenues and expenditure
  • Management and supervision of the Accounts Payable function
  • Effective and motivating communication with all teams to ensure the understanding of their financial responsibilities

This role requires an exceptional and passionate individual with a minimum of 2 years similar experience. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine desire to be an inspiring leader and a high level of business acumen. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as a qualification in ACA. ACCA or CIMA.
