As a Finance Partner, you will be more than just a number. You will be a trusted advisor, a strategic thinker, and a valued member of the team. You will work with clinical and operational managers to help them plan, monitor, and deliver high-quality services within their budgets. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of the Trust's financial strategy and objectives. You will also make a massive difference by helping to shape the financial strategy and objectives of the Trust.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A professional qualification in accounting (CCAB, CIMA or equivalent) or be actively working towards one.
- Experience of working in a finance role within a complex organisation, preferably in the healthcare or public sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise financial information and advice.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing demands.
