Salary: £41.5k - £43k (Band 7)

As a Finance Partner, you will be more than just a number. You will be a trusted advisor, a strategic thinker, and a valued member of the team. You will work with clinical and operational managers to help them plan, monitor, and deliver high-quality services within their budgets. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of the Trust's financial strategy and objectives. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A professional qualification in accounting (CCAB, CIMA or equivalent) or be actively working towards one.
• Experience of working in a finance role within a complex organisation, preferably in the healthcare or public sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise financial information and advice.
• A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing demands.
