The Finance Manager will partner with key divisions within the group, overseeing the production of the monthly management accounts and delivering detailed insight on business performance.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Line Management responsibility for team of 8 (3 Direct, 5 indirect reports)
• Work with Senior stakeholders across Finance and Sales
• Manage Month end reporting process, ensuring the monthly management accounts are delivered accurately and in full
• Deliver insightful analysis for Senior stakeholders on monthly results, highlighting areas of improvements
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive great efficiency and accuracy in the production of management accounts
• Maintain and recommend best practice financial procedures and controls
• Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed in time and in full
• Lead the finance team, deliver training, development and recruitment where needed

The successful candidate will possess;

• Demonstrable track record in leading a Finance team
• Demonstrable experience in working with multiple sites
• Proven track record in process improvements
• High proficiency in Finance systems
• High proficiency in Microsoft suite
• Proven track record in managing month end management accounts
• ACCA,ACA, CIMA qualified (or equivalant)
