We're currently working with a leading infrastructure company who are looking to recruit a new finance manager. The company's operations are spanned out across the globe however they have seen recent growth in the Middle East. This role based in London, will be focusing on the ME region tasked with responsibility of driving the P&L. The role sits within the Corporate Development team and will set up and oversee the regional office.

The main responsibilities will include:
- The preparation and commentary of budgets, forecasts and quarterly outlooks to the Board in line with Group regulations
- Assisting in new bids and tender for the ME operations
- Preparing for the transition of the finance function from it's current base in London to it's future base in Dubai and being a main contact for this transition
- Managing the relationship between the Group and all finance providers
- Reporting to the US in regards to performance for the ME contract (Dubai & Saudi)

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) with at least 1-3 years post qualification experience, ideally from an infrastructure background. They will also be a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
