A Film/ T.V and digital production business seeks a proactive and hands on Financial Controller to take control of operations across the finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing global production business, which continues to expand, whilst partnering with a top calibre CFO.
Financial Controller Responsibilities
- Drive the establishment of robust systems, processes and controls.
- Leading transactions and planning for future currency exposure.
- Lead FP&A activities; assessing production financing plans, acquisitions and banking.
- Offer input on the development of the financial and commercial strategy.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Technically qualified accountant (preferably an ACA who is a 2nd/3rd mover from practice).
- Only candidates with Film/ T.V. production experience will be considered
- Proficient in a dynamic environment with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Good communications and technical skills with knowledge of Sage 50.
- A sound attention to detail.
- Experience of corporate finance and investment banking is useful but not essential.
