FP&A Analyst - based in Bracknell - Hybrid - up to £40,000

We are pleased to be assisting this PE backed, close to £300m turnover property services company based on the borders of Wokingham & Bracknell.

Job Summary and key responsibilities
This role will strengthen the reporting and analysis and areas of the FP&A team. This is fundamentally a reporting and analysis role, but opportunities will be given for candidates to develop their wider FP&A and business partnering skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of the Lettings Weekly Performance Reports.
  • Supporting in the production of the Monthly Board Pack.
  • Monthly P&L and KPI variance analysis and supporting commentary.
  • Partnering with divisional directors & senior teams to drive enhanced, value adding reporting and analysis.
  • Key focus on reducing the volume of reporting by analysing data and highlighting key trends and messages.
  • Supporting the planning cycles - quarterly forecast and budget.
  • Incorporate acquisitions into FP&A (working closely with other areas of finance).
  • Ad hoc project work


What are we looking for:

  • Have a strong desire to understand the business and develop FP&A skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Desire to work with and analyse large datasets and distil into clear analysis.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid excel and powerpoint skills
  • Strong academic background


The following experience is desirable:

  • Background in FP&A or other commercial finance roles.
  • Knowledge of property market and associated services
  • Has commenced CIMA certification
