Start your job searchOutstanding Opportunity - Group Global Service Improvement Manager / ITIL Service Manager required for leading global FTSE business. In this interesting & rewarding role, as Service Improvement Manager / ITIL Service Manager in this hands-on role, you will focus & lead on driving continuous improvement to ITIL standards, with responsibility for delivery of problem management processes, service level reporting, continuous improvement, Service management, service delivery & ongoing service assessment for this global business
Expertise, Skills & Responsibilities
- Experience as Global Service Improvement Manager, Incident Manager, Problem Manager, ITIL Service Manager, ITIL Service Manager, ITIL Process Improvement Manager, ITIL Process Manager, ITIL Process Solution Manager, ITIL Service Delivery Manager or similar
- Essential to have hands-on experience of creating processes & procedures from scratch with experience of defining & implementing a framework & structure, to ITIL standards
- Solid understanding of ITIL Processes & ITIL Standards you will take responsibility to Define, introduce & implement Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), structure & governance
- Effective skills in problem management, incident management & root cause analysis, you will define & create processes, structure, standards & documentation
- Strong background in process improvement & service management (ITSM) to improve capabilities, effectiveness & efficiency across the service delivery portfolio
- It is expected that you will be ITIL certified
