Marks Sattin is currently recruiting for a Head of Credit & Compliance which sits as part of the senior management team adn will play a crucial part in revenue growth and product offering. This is a pivotal role which enables the business Manager to help grow and develop a product offering to its customers.

Within this role, you will be able to take your compliance knowledge of regulated processes and possible products to help assess and develop new relationships.

This role requires the continuous development, review and implementation of the credit strategy to ensure the delivery of a competitive offer across the different product channels.

To be considered for the role, you will have the:

• Ability to develop and implement credit strategies in a business.
• Understanding of regulatory guidance and best practice in relation to both risk management and business conduct
• Ability to engage, challenge and influence stakeholders
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Leadership and motivation of team and wider business to drive credit strategy
• Ability to lead collaboration to deliver multiple projects/deadlines
• Challenge, drive, test, improve and implement credit processes to achieve good customer outcomes.
