Marks Sattin are working in partnership with a large organisation with a terrific brand to recruit an experienced HR Data & Systems Analyst on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

My client is a large organisation going through an extremely busy and exciting period and as such require a HR Data & Systems Analyst to design and manage the HRIS reporting process.


Key Responsibilities of the HR Data & Systems Analyst include:

  • Providing timely and accurate MI reporting to assist the wider HR team, including Payroll reporting preparation
  • Preparing HR Data analyst to support the wider HR function and other business areas to aid decision making
  • Providing support with the management of system upgrades and testing
  • Update the HR System with any changes to the organisational structure (i.e. reporting lines)
  • Monitoring employee absence and compiling absence reports in accordance with policy
  • Managing the overall system administration and maintenance
  • Supporting the monthly payroll cycle with the relevant payroll data reports, to ensure compliance and fulfilment of audit requirements.
  • Responsible for producing people data relating to all worker types across the organisation
  • Responsible for the implementation of system design changes that are brought about by additional requirements
  • Ad-hoc projects as required consistent with the skillset required for this role

To be considered the HR Data & Systems Analyst will:

  • Be experienced in a similar role as a HR Analyst
  • Be an advanced Microsoft Excel user
  • Have knowledge of Power BI
  • Ideally have experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Have excellent organisation skills
  • Experience in data reporting and/or system management
  • Strong system administration experience, particularly as an in-house "subject matter expert"
