An exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst/PMO to join a well-known bank within London. This role requires a strong Business Analyst with experience within an PMO environment The successful candidate will also have analysis skills to filter in reports to stakeholders.
Core Role:
- Global Business Analyst role within Global Finance Change to delivering the Tax Transformation Programme
- The Business Analyst will support core Tax Transformation projects from initiation to closure
- The PMO/BA will have close interaction with senior Stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management and coordination of respective projects and programme activities
- Communication of progress to stakeholders across the transformation workstreams
- Consolidating all progress reports and risks and issues, and challenge Project Managers on status
- Providing support to implementation the delivery of the tax transformation programme
- Consolidation of risks and issues and challenge Project Managers on status
- Prepare minutes and papers
- Project specific support
- Support to the delivery of the business and IT aspects of the programmes, ensuring the programmes are delivered on time and within budget
Skill Set needed:
- A broad knowledge of finance systems
- Extensive experience across financial services
- Tax or legal entity experience will be a plus
- Business Analyst skills - gathering requirements, documentation ect
- Experience in a PMO environment - reporting, RAID
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills
- Ability to structure large amounts of information clearly and succinctly
