Marks Sattin are delighted to be partnered with a leading national business recovery firm that are recruiting for either an Insolvency Administrator or Senior Insolvency Administrator to work within their Preston Office.

The role, reporting to the senior management team, will be to manage corporate casework either individually or as part of a team. To provide guidance and support to less experienced members of the team and management as required.

The main duties of the role will include:

  • Liaising with agents and solicitors associated with the cases
  • Dealing with Directors and Employees on all insolvency procedures
  • Preparation of statutory paperwork and other legal documents
  • Aiding in the preparation of documents for banks and other financial institutions
  • Assisting with the disposal of assets, collection of debts and the distribution of funds
  • Drafting both routine and non routine correspondence to creditors and other interested parties on request
  • Negotiating with both creditor and debtors
  • Undertaking investigations into assets as required.
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members
  • Delegate work to others as required

This is a perfect opportunity for someone wanting to expand on their insolvency career in a forward thinking, growing, and career progression concious firm.

The ideal candidate will be working towards or has a direct interest in completing the CPI qualification - our client will provide the relevant support to complete this, and has 12-24 months experience in a similar insolvency administrator position - either personal or corporate focused (but will consider candidate applications for those who have a real enthusiasm to have a long term career in insolvency).
