Interim Finance Manager | Cheshire | Up to £360 per day | 3 month contract

I'm supporting a high-growth business in the Retail sector who are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. It's a key role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, pace, and using financial insight to drive decisions.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, support strategic projects, and play a big part in improving processes as the business continues to scale.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, FX reporting and variance analysis
• Leading the annual budget and quarterly re-forecast
• Cost & profitability analysis
• Business partnering with Sales, Ecommerce and wider teams to support commercial decisions

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACMA / ACCA / ACA)
• Experience in management accounting or FP&A, ideally in a fast-growth or SME
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical ability
• Advanced Excel and confident with financial systems
• Commercially minded, collaborative, and able to influence stakeholders
• Someone who thrives in pace, takes ownership and enjoys improving processes
