Marks Sattin are pleased to be supporting our Client to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner on a 3 month contracted basis. An immediate start is available so the successful applicant will be available within 1 week. The position will be based from my clients lovely City Centre offices on a 5 day working week.

My Client is a large household name organisation with a very busy HR team. As the team are going through their busiest period yet they are seeking a professional HR Business Partner / Generalist with experience working in a fast paced environment.

The HR Business Partner will:

  • Provide support to the Head of HR and HR Manager with a variety of tactical issues, ensuring existing poilicies and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Provide support and guidance to the HR Admin team with sizable tasks and projects
  • Provide a focal point for managers and staff on ER cases
  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR and Recruitment Teams with the employee onboarding process
  • Provide a proactive and forward thinking approach, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner

To be considered you must:

  • Be available to start immediately
  • Be an experienced HR professional with exposure in a fast paced and complex environment
  • Have experience dealing with ER caseloads
  • Be commutable to Birmingham City Centre as the role will be office based
