A multi national heavy industry client has a new opening for an Internal Audit Manager to join their Dubai based corporate team. As a specialist leader in the engineering and construction industry this role represents a critical hire for the Group as you have overall responsibility for a global audit function, reporting directly to the CFO.
Audit assignments will be varied and will ensure that you are constantly developing your technical skills and will provide a unique opportunity for you to understand how the Group works as a whole from the Board to the customer. As risk becomes an increasing part of every day business, work will cover all aspects of governance including the underlying values, standards, processes and risks that shape business operations and decisions. As Audit Manager, you will have the opportunity to work across segments on a range of topics of Group significance and can expect exposure to senior Segment, Functional, and Regional management.
To be considered it is anticipated that you will be a qualified Accountant (ACA/CPA) with post qualified experience in planning, organising and performing global audits, influencing leaders across multiple disciplines and implementing best practice in highly complex environments. Experience of Sarbanes Oxley testing and compliance is highly desired.
