An Accountancy Practice in Solihull are on the look out for a Junior Payroll Administrator to join their Solihull office. A Birmingham established practice wants to offer a Junior Payroller the ability to grow and learn within an exciting, experienced team - to allow them to take their career to the next level.

Main duties include:

  • Administrating and preparing weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and annual payrolls.
  • Uploading and distribution online documents such as payslips etc.
  • Administration of PAYE, National Insurance deductions based on individual personal allowances.
  • Processing and calculation mandatory deductions of Student Loans, SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP, Court Orders and other statutory payments.
  • Applying and processing pension schemes and auto enrolments
  • Liaising with HMRC regarding compliance.
  • Knowledge of CIS
  • Any other Ad hoc duties

An ideal candidate:

  • Have minimum of 1 years' payroll experience
  • Computer Literate
  • Customer service/organisational skills
  • Drive and ambitious attitude towards working and learning.
