Start your job searchMarks Sattin Executive Search are currently working with a PE Backed Healthcare Services business and are seeking an M&A Director to build out their M&A function and lead on all full cycle bolt on acquisitions.
As an M&A Director you will establish the business M&A function, and reporting directly into the senior management and Private Equity firm. Due the complex valuations on prospective bolt on acquisitions, you will be responsible to coordinate due diligence streams, engaging with and managing vendors throughout the transaction life cycle and ensuring successful integration into the business.
Working closely with the C-Level, you will be responsible for the inorganic and organic growth strategies are aligned to ensure the business achieves its potential and value creation on exit.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience working on full cycle bolt on acquisitions deals across the low/medium mid-markets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
