My client is a leading technology business and they are looking to hire and inteirm M&A Tranacation Manager on an initial 6 month contract. You will be in charge of this particular transaction team and have responsibility for execution of deals. You will participate in all aspects of transaction execution
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the new M&A project (with support from and reporting into CEO / Directors) including being the day-to-day point of contact
- Actively managing deal interface taking responsibility for managing all phases of the transaction cycle and deal execution.
- Due diligence
- Coaching and contributing to the development of finance support team members
- Set, source, monitor and control M&A project Pipeline
About you:
- Strong understanding of accounting corporate finance and accounting concepts;
- Solid financial modelling skills and experience;
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills;
- Deal execution skills documentation, valuation and process management;
- Attention to detail, diligence and ability to work as part of a small team and autonomously
