Management Accountant | Lancashire | Up to £55,000 | 6 month FTC | Urgent Requirement

Marks Sattin are delighted to be recruiting for an Interim Management Accountant to spearheading crucial financial close processes with precision and crafting insightful monthly accounts. You will collaborate across departments, engage with senior leaders, and champion projects to meet organisational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Lead or support various projects to drive business objectives.
  • Execute management accounting tasks meticulously, ensuring accuracy in profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Facilitate essential journal entries and reconcile balance sheets.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to optimise efficiency.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits.
  • Contribute to year-end statutory accounting processes.


About you:

  • ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified accountant is essential
  • Experience in a similar fast paced role
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical prowess, and technical proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to work, delivering high productivity in a dynamic environment.
