Client:
A rapidly expanding, hospitality and real estate business, currently focusing on significant growth with a mixed portfolio of commercial properties.

Role: Management Accountant

Location: South West London (4 days per week in office)

Contract Type: Three-month contract, with potential for extension and a permanent position.

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: £250-£350 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the monthly reporting cycle, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee CapEx reporting on investments, providing detailed analysis and insights.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including the CFO, Property Director, and Marketing Director, to relay financial information accurately and effectively.
• Support the business in integrating newly acquired properties, ensuring seamless financial management and reporting.
• Participate in strategic planning and financial forecasting to support the company's growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  
  Qualifications and Experience:
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA/ equivalent or QBE).
• Proven experience as a management accountant, ideally within the hospitality or real estate sectors.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, CapEx management, and investment analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
