Payroll Administrator

An exciting, well-established manufacturing business is now looking for a Payroll Administrator to work within the payroll desk, supporting the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Working directly for the Payroll Manager, you will play a key part within the payroll desk, your main duties will include:

  • Working in a small team assisting with the production of 5 payrolls
  • First point of contact for all payroll and pension queries
  • Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time
  • Data entry into SAP for collecting monthly payroll data
  • Producing ad hoc reports
  • Input salary adjustments, calculate back pay & pay increase, prepare month end reports including payroll accrual

The successful candidate will have:

  • at least 2 years' experience working within a fast paced payroll function
  • Good payroll legislative knowledge
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Knowledge of SAP HR (Desirable but not essential)
