Payroll Analyst - Bracknell - 12-18 month FTC - £45,000 to £55,000

An opportunity to work with one of the most respected property services companies in the UK, employing around 3000 people with revenues of around £300m. Payroll Analyst doesn't really do this role justice, it's much more than just a standard Payroll job!

Are you experienced in systems roll-outs/integration's?

Have you got experience in automating processes to improve efficiency?

Day to day you will be tasked with....

  • Commission Calculations - You'll be developing & enhancing commissions calculations processes to ensure accuracy and compliance are in line with company policy whilst working with the sales, letting & finance teams to understand commission structures, incentives & performance metrics.

You'll need to calculate monthly, quarterly & annual commissions for employees whilst reviewing and validating commissions to identify & resolve any discrepancies.

  • Reporting -Prepare and distribute accurate commission statements and reports to stakeholders in a timely manner & assist with audits and provide documentation as needed.

  • Process Optimisation - You will be tasked with evaluating current commission calculation methods, tools, and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, proposing and implementing enhancements to streamline processes, reduce manual efforts, and increase efficiency.

Document updated processes and ensure adherence to standardised procedures.

  • Integration to Automation -Lead the integration of commission calculation processes into the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system whilst working closely with the finance and EPM implementation teams to configure and customise automation solutions.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accurate and seamless transition to automated processes.
Provide training and support to end-users on the use of automated tools and systems.

  • Data Analysis:
    Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding commission structures, targets, and incentives.

To be considered for this role we would like you to....

  • Have proven experience in payroll analysis, commission calculation, or related role.
  • Have strong proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis techniques.
  • Have experience with project management and leading process improvement initiatives is a bonus!
