We are currently recruiting for a large Independent Aviation Solutions company based in Shannon, County Clare. A European brand with a stellar reputation awaits the highly motivated applicant. The position is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract sitting within the HR Team and will give the successful applicant an opportunity to be part of a people focussed environment with a strong sense of community.

The role involves the Coordination and Administration of Payroll:

Duties will include:

  • Accurately administer the payroll and the remuneration/benefits system of the organization and uphold the integrity of employee payroll of Circa 250 per month
  • Set up, prepare, and process monthly payroll, process any compensation and benefits change such as salary increase. Working with outsourced Payroll provider
  • Calculate and arrange payments to pension consultants, process sick pay deductions and provide updates.
  • Maintain the integrity of the Time and Attendance system, monitor compliance with the Organisation of Working Time Act.
  • Liaise with health insurance providers regarding benefits, renewals, health care services and wellness initiatives, provide monthly, quarterly, annual data for CSO and other government agencies,
  • Lead developments in SAP and company system changes, maintain and update all payroll related policies and procedures, and provide system training and support.

The successful candidate should have:

  • A qualification in accounts and/or Payroll (IPASS)
  • 3 years Payroll or HR administraion experience
  • Good skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
