Marks Sattin are currently recruiting a Payroll Administrator on behalf of a well established, family owned manufacturing business, based in South Bradford.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will have a knowledge of Payroll however it doesn't need to be end to end as training will be provided.

Duties will include;

  • Running weekly Payrolls for 3 individual companies approx - approx. 100 employees
  • Check/update and manage holiday requests and bank holidays
  • Check and input of statutory payments i.e SSP/SPP/SMP etc.
  • Process leavers, P45 etc.
  • Balance and reconcile payroll
  • Prepare and job cost to nominal
  • Monthly reports for management
  • Inland Revenue RTI submissions
  • Adding new employees into pension schemes
  • Uploading weekly pension contributions to B&CE
  • Petty cash receipt reconciliation
  • Arrange payments for Petty cash
  • Supporting HR
  • Carrying out driving licence checks
  • Completing insurance spreadsheet of vehicles to submit to insurers monthly
  • Adding / Removing vehicles onto insurance

From time to time, you may get involved with;

  • Raising sales invoices
  • Process purchase ledger invoices
  • Paying purchase ledger suppliers

Salary is up to £24,000

35 working hours per week

Office based

Free onsite parking

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Private medical cover
