eFront Business Analyst | 12-Month Contract | Private Equity / Private Credit

Salary: £90,000-£100,000

A leading private equity and private credit investment firm is seeking an experienced eFront Business Analyst to join on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with deep eFront expertise who can act as a bridge between business teams and technology, ensuring the platform is optimised to support investment operations, reporting, and regulatory requirements.

This is a high-impact role, sitting at the heart of the firm's systems strategy. You will be the subject matter expert (SME) for eFront, driving enhancements, leading integrations, and supporting business transformation initiatives across private equity and private credit funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the in-house eFront SME, managing configuration, permissions, and system performance
• Partner with Finance, Deal, and Compliance teams to develop and automate reports in eFront
• Enhance data quality, dashboards, and workflows to support decision-making
• Lead systems-related projects (outsourcing, regulatory change, AI readiness)
• Oversee integrations between eFront and other internal / third-party platforms
• Support private equity and private credit teams with system upgrades and process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Proven eFront experience - essential (private equity or private credit fund environment preferred)
• Background as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, within financial services
• Strong technical knowledge: SQL, data warehousing, reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Advanced Excel and experience supporting Finance, Loan Operations, or Fund Accounting functions
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders in private equity / private credit, delivering tech-enabled solutions
