A leading oil and gas business is looking for a Reporting Manager to join initially for 6 months. You will be responsible for managing a mixture of accounting, reporting and financial controls. This role require someone to understand complex accounting treatment at a group level and wider treasury.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of technical accountants (5)
• Manage the wider treasury finance teams - knowledge of IFRS
• Lead with group reporting tasks for the treasury finance function
• Improving financial controls, more efficiency at month end and various projects
• Manage SoX, management accounting, assurance operations and treasury reporting

Profile:

• ACA, ACCA OR CIMA qualified with industry experience, preferable in an energy/commodities sector.
• Technical accounting knowledge (IFRS) for financial instruments and hedge accounting
