Partnered with a growing consulting firm who is looking add a key hire at Risk Consulting Manager level due to growth.

This is an excellent role for an ambitious risk consulting/internal audit professional, currently working with a big firm & frustrated with the lack of progression opportunities. This role provides the unique opportunity for someone to fast-track their progression to partner.

This firm supports & acts as strategic partner to the broader Public Sector in Ireland as they look to pivot, grow and improve. In this role you will get the chance to work alongside a small team of experts as they shape the Public Sector landscape for current & future generations.

A day in the life..

• Acting as strategic partner, liaising with a diverse range of C-Suite stakeholders as they look to improve internal controls & manage risk within their respective organizations.
• Lead & mentor an ambitious team of junior staff members.
• Collaborate with your peers across the business to identify growth opportunities for the business, both in risk consulting + other growth areas.

What you will need to qualify for this role:

• Chartered Accountant or Internal Auditor.
• Minimum 5 years' experience working in Internal Audit/Rick Consulting ideall in public sector, however open to broader industry.
• Experience in leading end to end engagements.
• People person with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
