Marks Sattin is currently working with a business based in Reading, who are looking for a Russian / Ukrainian speaking Accounts Payable Specialist on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis. The position will sit in a medium sized Finance team, offer work from home and flexible working hours as well as free parking on site.

To be considered for the position, you must be fluent in either Russian or Ukrainian, both written & verbally.

The duties of the position include:

• Verifying invoices into P2P workflow.
• Running control reports.
• Keeping email inboxes up to date.
• Weekly processing invoices & coding.
• Providing Purchase Orders for Approved Requisitions.
• Ensuring Invoice approvals comply with Authorisation Matrix.
• Assisting Accounts Receivable.
• Assisting with Internal & External Audit requests.
• Maintaining the AP Ledger (follow up of old items, credit balances, ensuring approved invoices are within approval limits etc).
• Meeting period and year end deadlines.
• Developing solutions to routine problems in relation to the efficient and accurate entry of data

To be considered for the position you must have:

• Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian, both verbal and written.
• Previous Accounts Payable experience within a high volume multi currency environment within a shared service enviroment.
• Experience in providing outstanding customer service, performing complex activities associated with maintaining ledger accounts, and in ensuring compliance with company's system of internal controls is required.
• A team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and to multi task.
• You must be IT literate with strong excel skills.
