I am recruiting for e Senior Manager Stress Testing and the role will lead the establishment of their growing Stress Testing team

About the Role:

• Own the stress testing framework and associated processes.
• Develop and deliver priorities and plans for the team.
• Ensure the Society meets the relevant standards.
• Engage with key stakeholders for strategic decision-making.

About You:

• Expert in stress testing within banking institutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Bank of England's stress testing regime.
• Strong understanding of process efficiency and control management.
• Familiarity with Balance Sheet Management disciplines.
