Senior Solutions Architect (MDM) - fully remote

An established and growing digital ecommerce consulting firm is looking to hire a Master Data Management (MDM) Solution Architect with knowledge of Stibo, EnterWorks, ContentServ, or Riversand.

This role is on a permanent basis and due to working within an international project team, is fully remote.

The main remit of the role is to be involved in the successful design and delivery of MDM solutions and services in a client consulting environment, liaising with project teams in the UK, US and India.

Responsibilities

• Defines the overall MDM solution, sets delivery guidelines, prepares and reviews detailed designs for accuracy and overall compliance to defined solution.
• Showcases industry and domain best practices and methodologies in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Management, Integrations, Business Intelligence, and Analytics
• Guides client's business and technology teams to envision, design and develop strategies for Master Data Management implementation, governance and rollouts
• Determines how the solution will be implemented based on the Solution Design Documentation
• Conducts architectural analysis and evaluation of business processes
• Supports the creation of the object model and the UI definition
• Responsible for managing and developing assigned resources (both internal and client)

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record as a Solutions Architect within large and complex data management projects
• Demonstrable hands-on experience of implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions utilising at least one of the major MDM solutions such as Stibo, EnterWorks, ContentServ, or Riversand
• Hands-on experience of creating and updating data models
• Experience with Java / J2EE technologies or a similar language
• Proven track record of delivering IT Services and/or Consulting projects within a consulting organisation to multiple clients
