Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Company Profile:
Our client is a market-leading Private Equity firm that has exciting growth plans. The past few years have been spent providing liquidity solutions within the private market resulting in a best-in-class function with lots of room for development.
Role:
The role will provide a top-calibre and driven candidate with an opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of tax issues spanning multiple jurisdictions. Will allow to explore and equip yourself with the knowledge of tax compliance, reporting and advisory work for the active funds advised by the firm.
The Responsibility:
- Provide support in the compilation and distribution of tax information for internal and external recipients
- Coordinating with external providers across multiple jurisdictions from a tax perspective
- Ensuring the funds' ongoing compliance with global tax regulations
- Managing the operation of fund structures from a tax perspective
- Analysing large data sets in order to problem-solve a variety of tax-related issues
- Supporting the funds' ongoing compliance with FATCA, CRS and other global regulations
Requirements:
- Tax experience of 2 years or more (ideally multi-jurisdictional)
- Highly numerate/analytical
- Wants to progress, develop and learn
