Start your job search| : | Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of S4 HANA Finance and Control for a greenfield private rise project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Global Template Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive global template that standardizes processes across multiple regions and business units, allowing for localization where necessary. Integration Expertise: Oversee the integration of Basware, High Radius, and Bolt with S4 HANA, ensuring seamless data workflows and eliminating manual data entry. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide strategic insights, and ensure successful project delivery. Technology Consulting: Provide expert advice on best practices for S4 HANA Finance and Control, leveraging your extensive experience in technology consulting. Industry Knowledge: Apply your knowledge of the industrial and automotive industries to tailor solutions that meet specific sector requirements. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and business processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Finance and Control, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large, complex global template projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in S4 HANA Finance and Control modules. Strong understanding of integration processes with Basware, High Radius, and Bolt. Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and process automation. Consulting Skills: Proven experience in technology consulting, with the ability to provide strategic advice and drive business value. Industry Experience: In-depth knowledge of the industrial and automotive industries. Project Management: Strong project management skills, including experience with methodologies such as ASAP and Activate. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: SAP certification in S4 HANA Finance and Control. Additional Industry Experience: Experience in other industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods. Global Experience: Experience working on international projects and managing cross-functional teams across different geographies. |
