Accounts Assistant - London

Seeking an Accounts Assistant for a leisure & hospitality company based in central London that are seeking someone on an initial 3 month contract with the high possibility of the role going permanent for the right candidate dependent on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Bank Reconciliations
• Reconciling and posting of restaurant takings across the business
• Raising sales invoices for the business
• Processing of staff expense claims
• Posting of company credit card transactions
• Assisting with purchase ledger
• Ad hoc process improvement projects as and when required by the business

The successful candidate will be/have:

• 6-12 months finance experience
• Multi-site experience is desirable
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Good communicator
• Proactive and switched on
