Start your job searchMarks Sattin is happy to partner with an established SME based in Avonmouth to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk. This family-feel business has a great culture and significant tenure within their team, everybody is driven towards the same goal and recent diversification within the business has provided additional revenue streams and growth.
THIS IS A PART TIME OPPORTUNITY 15 -20 hours per week across 5 days with a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 from home. If you wish to work more days in the office then of course that works both ways!
This role will be paying £24,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience as a full time equivalent alongside some excellent benefits including 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 5% pension contributions and bonus annual leave for agreed KPI's running on the calendar year!
Accounts Payable Clerk Key Responsibilities Include:
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
- High value and mid volume invoice processing (c100 per week)
- Liaising with suppliers
- Monthly payment runs
- Bank reconciliations and making payments
- Ad hoc finance tasks including monitoring of the Accounts inbox
