Reporting into the Senior FP&A Analyst, key duties of the Assistant FP&A Analyst will include:
- Preparation and consolidating of monthly reporting such as:
- Management accounts
- Forecasts
- Secured Income
- Utilisation
- Debtor days
- Internal global revenue by sector
- External global revenue by sector and client
- Internal Key Client and Major Program reporting
- Assisting with the preparation of financial packs for several global Board meetings and Committees
- Assisting with ad-hoc reporting using big data from our financial ERP.
- Reviewing, analysing and challenging submissions from Regional Finance teams to ensure reporting is accurate and timely
- Always working in accordance with our behavioural values
- Other ad-hoc reporting and analysis tasks will form a significant part of this role.
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with the following:
- Strong Excel skills are essential to this role
- Experience within an international organisation is desirable
- Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Ability to analyse and trend information - not to simply input data into a spreadsheet
- Confident individual with good interpersonal skills, capable of demonstrating an ability to communicate, present to and challenge effectively with global finance teams
- Ability to work to set deadlines delivering consistent and accurate information
- Must be comfortable with working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Good organisational skills, used to managing and prioritising workload
In return, the successful candidate will receive the following:
£28,000 - £32,000 base salary
