Role Overview
As a Corporate Finance Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our organization. You will lead high-impact projects, provide expert financial guidance, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and value creation for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex corporate finance projects, including Complex debt advisory work, capital raising, valuations and model development as well as strategic investments across the Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Healthcare and Pharma sectors.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and long-term growth
- Provide insightful financial analysis, modelling, and valuation to inform decision-making
- Advise senior management and stakeholders on financial implications of business initiatives
- Oversee due diligence processes, risk assessments, and deal structuring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or ACA preferred)
- Minimum of 8/9 years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a similar environment
- Proven track record of leading and executing complex financial transactions
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and valuation skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
